JT’s Inner Ⓒircle

Quick question — if you could sit down with the founder of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and ask him exactly how he went from one truck to a multi-brand empire, would you?

What about getting business strategy from the co-founder of Netflix?

Yeah, same.

Most junk removal businesses never get access to rooms like this.
And when they do, they either lean in — or assume they already know enough.

On March 4th, both of those guys — Brian Scudamore and Marc Randolph — are keynoting Jobber Summit, a free online event built specifically for home service pros like us.

30,000+ people are expected to show up. And it's completely free.

But here’s the part I’m most pumped about — I’ll be helping run live business audits during the event. That means real service business owners hopping on, sharing their challenges, and getting direct, honest feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and what to fix next.

It’s basically what I do every day with junk removal businesses, but on a massive stage.

Now whether you sign up or not, let me share something I’ve seen over and over again with sub-$500K operators:

Most businesses don’t plateau because of opportunity.
They plateau because of blind spots.

Here are three that come up almost every time:

1. You're spending money on marketing before fixing your sales process.

Most guys I talk to are dumping cash into ads or SEO when their close rate is sitting at 25–30%.

Before you spend another dollar on leads, figure out why half the people calling you aren’t booking. Sometimes it’s as simple as how fast you answer the phone or what you say in the first 30 seconds.

Growth isn’t just about more traffic.
It’s about converting the traffic you already paid for.

2. You don't actually know your numbers.

This is where ego gets expensive.

Revenue is not profit. I’ve seen businesses doing $40K months that are barely breaking even because they’ve never sat down and looked at where the money actually goes. Job costing, disposal fees, labor — it adds up fast.

You can’t fix what you’re not tracking.
And you can’t scale what you don’t understand.

3. You're doing everything yourself and calling it "hustle."

Hustle feels productive but rarely ever is.

And I get it. Jackie and I built JT Junk Solutions from the ground up, and there were plenty of seasons where we wore every hat.

But at some point, doing everything yourself isn’t dedication — it’s a bottleneck.

The businesses that break through are the ones that build systems so the owner can step back to work on the the company and not just in it.

Busy doesn’t equal scalable.

These aren’t just my opinions either — these are the exact types of problems that will get tackled at Jobber Summit through the keynotes, expert sessions, and the live audits.

The difference between businesses that stall under $500K and those that push past $1M is NOT effort.

It’s exposure to better thinking.

Here’s what the schedule looks like:

  • Marc Randolph on competing with the big guys using a scrappy mindset

  • Brian Scudamore on the blueprint for your first million (or your next)

  • Sessions on no-cost lead generation, handling price pushback, fixing cash flow, and local SEO

  • Live networking with thousands of other service pros

  • Live business audits (where I’ll be helping out)

Two time slots: 10 AM–2 PM ET or 6 PM–10 PM ET, so you can pick whichever works.

You can keep figuring it out alone.

Or you can compress years of trial-and-error into four focused hours surrounded by people who are serious about growth.

The operators who show up to rooms like this are usually the same ones who break through the next ceiling.

I'd love to see you there because I know what it's like to feel stuck, and events like this are where breakthroughs happen.

That’s all for now. See you at the event on March 4th.

— Jacqueline & Tanner 💪

P.S. The market isn’t slowing down. Competition isn’t getting softer. The operators who improve fastest win. Make sure you’re one of them.
